Brief History
Telefast
Industries is a domestic manufacturer of cold-formed
nuts. Started in 1986 by Jeffrey T. Ferry and his wife
Kathleen, the fourth generation of Ferry Family in the
fastener business, the company has grown from a one
machine, five-employee company to more than forty
machines with over seventy employees. The continuous
growth of the company is a result of providing quality
and performance with a consciousness for
improvement.
Presently
Telefast has
grown into fully integrated manufacturer capable of
supplying traceable, high quality fasteners that meet
the ever-changing standards of ASTM, ASME/ANSI, SAE and
others. Available in inch, metric and special sizes in
most all grades and classes. We can supply parts plain
or plated to your requirements including zinc, cadmium,
phosphate and organic coatings.
Precision
At our
50,000+ sq. ft. facility, located in northern Ohio, we
specialize in the manufacture of cold formed hex nuts
and hex flange nuts made from carbon steel. We are
capable of manufacturing both standard and specialty
nuts ranging from 1/4" to 7/8" (M6 to M20) with various
thread pitches and strength levels. Telefast is also
able to support a stocking program on blanket order
parts. This system is designed to be fast and
efficient.

Quality

from Telefast you can be assured that our product is
quality. All of our parts are manufactured under a
strict lot control system that is traceable from raw
material through shipped product. Quality inspections
are performed at every step of the manufacturing process
to ensure product conformance. Our well-equipped in
house testing laboratory is A2LA accredited, and able to
supply FQA compliant certifications on parts that are
covered under the Fastener Quality Act. Chemical and
physical certifications are available upon request.
